His first credited appearance occurred on Alfred Hitchcock Presents in the 1959 episode "Special Delivery" (Season 5 Episode 10) as Joe. He also guest-starred that first year (1960) in Wagon Train as the son of title character played by Leslie Nielsen in the episode "The Jeremy Dow Story".
