While her finest work dates to the 1920s and '30s,[citation needed] including the book illustrations for which she developed a passion in the '20s, she was active into the 1960s. She won a watercolor prize at the Biennale de Deauville in 1965.[citation needed] Her work was also part of the painting event in the art competition at the 1932 Summer Olympics.[2]
