The limited edition retailed for £50 ($100, €100), and around 100,000 copies have been printed. The book has been translated into 28 languages.[6] Profits from the sale of the book were offered to the Children's High Level Group.[7] Initial sale estimates were roughly £4 million ($7.6 million, €4.7 million);[7] as of January 2010 an estimated £11 million ($17 million, €13 million) were generated from sales for the charity.[citation needed]
